My order

What is the deadline?

Orders are delivered on 24/48h working for peninsula and 48/72h for the Balearic Islands. At the moment we do not have shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Where is my package?

As soon as your order is issued, we will send an email with a link so you can track your order.

Through our online chat you can check tracking.

What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are absent during the time of delivery of your package, the dealer must leave you a passage notice indicating a new date for the delivery of your package or, otherwise, indicating the place where you have left it (neighbor, point Delivery, messaging service stores, post office ...) so you can pick it up.

I have not received my package yet, but the delivery period has already defeated.

You can check where your package is located thanks to the tracking number. If you detect any anomaly, do not hesitate to contact us.

My package has been returned to the sender

Have you returned your package? Surely that is due to the fact that the delivery has not been possible due to an absence of the recipient or to any unresolved problem with the direction.

We beg you contact us in order to provide us with all the necessary data to send your package again (change of address or complementary data).

What does the product guarantee cover?

Our articles have the manufacturer's legal guarantee that covers any fault or defect (3 years). In case it is necessary, we take care of any possible incidence whenever it is due to a defective component or manufacturing failure. Those caused by external agents such as intentional or fortuitous game, friction, blows, etc. does not come in guarantee. Refund

What are the refund modalities of an article?

At the time of reception of your items returned, or after the cancellation of your order, a refund will be made and the amount will be returned to the same payment medium used to order.

What is the deadline to receive my refund?

Refunds are carried out within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the merchandise.

What to do if I do not receive my refund?

We will proceed to reimbursement after the reception and verification of your items in our facilities. The processing period can be up to 14 days, but we do everything possible to make the reimbursement as soon as possible.
