1. Place your foot on a hard surface on a sheet of white paper with the heel against the wall.

2. Mark with a pencil from your heel to where your longer finger comes.

3. Measure the distance from your foot marked on the sheet, from the edge of the leaf to the tip of the foot in centimeters (cm).

1. Measure your chest: Place a tape measure around the widest part of your chest, just below the armpits and on the shoulder blades. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight. Write down the measure in centimeters (cm).

2. Measure your waist: Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of the torso, just above the navel. Keep the tight but comfortable tape, and write down the measure in centimeters (cm).

3. Measure your hip: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape is level around your body. Write down this measure in centimeters (cm).

It measures from the upper part of the waist to the ankle, following the side of the body. This measure is taken to make sure that the length of the pants or skirt is adequate. Write down this measure in centimeters (cm).
