Follow these simple steps to get the right size. For a better fit measure your feet at the end of the day.

1. Place your foot on a hard surface on a white sheet of paper with your heel against the wall.

2. Mark with a pencil from your heel to your longest toe.

3. Measure the distance of your foot marked on the sheet from the edge of the sheet to the tip of your foot in centimeters (cm).

A. Measure your chest: Place a tape measure around the widest part of your chest, just under your armpits and over your shoulder blades. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight. Record the measurement in centimeters (cm).

B. Measure your waist: Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist, which is the narrowest part of your torso, just above your navel. Keep the tape snug but comfortable, and record the measurement in centimeters (cm).

C. Measure your hips: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the tape is level around your body. Record this measurement in centimeters (cm).

D. Measure the Side Length:
Measure from the top of the waist to the ankle, following the side of the body. This measurement is taken to ensure that the length of the pants or skirt is correct. Record this measurement in centimeters (cm).
