Special shipping costs for boxes of balls

These shipments have a supplement for a heavy shipment of +5,5KG.

• Free: Spain, Portugal
• For international shipments the amount will be calculated in the payment screen.

For each order the maximum number of boxes to be shipped will be 5 units. If you want Buy} more units you can do it in a new order.

Holidays

If you place your order before 14:00h it will be sent the same working day. If you place your order after 14:00h it will be shipped the next working day.

Holidays of the community of Madrid for the year 2025.

No shipments will be made on these days, they will be sent on the next working day.

The courier company usually delivers during business hours, so if you have any preference for delivery time, you can indicate it in the comment of the order and we will try to comply (to the extent of the possibilities of route and schedule of the transport company).

Delivery times

The delivery time is shown during the purchase process, and implies your acceptance of it.

In case of non-compliance with delivery times, you must indicate an additional period appropriate to the circumstances that caused the initial delay. If we are also unable to deliver the goods within this additional period, you may terminate the contract. If the delivery time is essential in view of all the circumstances attending the conclusion of the contract or if you have informed us, prior to purchase, that delivery by a certain date or on a certain date is essential. In such cases, you may terminate the contract immediately.

In any case, in the event of termination of the contract, the amounts paid will be refunded in full.

In the event that the User purchases a product that has not yet been released for sale, but already has a release date, delivery times will be provisional and subject to change, and will be subject to the number of units per product that the suppliers have available at any given time. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of the variations in these products, as well as the possibility of terminating the contract.

In some cases there may be a lack of stock. Our staff will contact you to give you a solution and to inform you of the delivery time once the selected product is available, or to cancel the contract if you wish.

IMPORTANT: In general, we are not responsible for non-fulfillment or delay of obligations due to causes beyond our control, such as force majeure (confinement due to a state of alarm, for example), natural disasters, strikes, accidents, etc. If any incident arises, we will contact you to solve the incident.

Prices, taxes, fees and duties

The prices of "Padel Kiwi" products may vary, but any changes will not affect orders for which a Shipping Confirmation has already been sent.

The final price of the products purchased may vary according to the taxes applicable in each case, or depending on the shipping address and profile of the buyer (individual or professional). For information purposes, except in those activities not subject or exempt from VAT, the following taxes will apply to the items on our website:

The RRP of the items includes VAT for countries within the European Economic Area.

For countries outside the European Economic Area, Padel Kiwi will not apply taxes, fees and duties on the sale of products. It will be the customer who must pay them upon delivery of the product in the country of destination.

Account and service deletion, cancellation and blocking

User accounts are not deleted for lack of use. The User can unsubscribe by requesting it to the staff of "Padel Kiwi", by sending an email to contacto@padelkiwi.com or through your account profile.

In case of non-payment of an order, the order may be temporarily suspended until the non-payment situation has been resolved by the User. If more than 15 days elapse, "Padel Kiwi" may proceed to cancel the order.

"Padel Kiwi" reserves the right to block access to the User account without prior notice (or directly delete the User account), if the User uses it in an illegal way or breaches the obligations and rules set forth herein, a fact that will be communicated by e-mail. The blocking or deletion of the User account shall have no effect on the obligation to pay for the products purchased, if any.

In exceptional cases, at the discretion of the administrators of "Padel Kiwi", and evaluating the seriousness of the fact, the administrators may choose to warn the offending User, before deleting or blocking his account definitively.

By registering as a User, you agree that the owners of this site reserve the right, and may act at any time and without notice, to modify or discontinue this website and its services, or to delete data provided, either temporarily or permanently.
