Refund policy

Voluntary Returns

  • Spain and Portugal: 2,99 €.
  • Austria, Belgium, France, Monaco, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 9,99 €.
  • Denmark, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, Finland, Switzerland: 14,99 €.
  • Greece, Cyprus, Croatia, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania: 19,99 €.
  • Sweden, Norway: €24.99

International returns (outside Europe): Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. The refund does not include the shipping costs you have paid when placing your order.

Exceptions

  • Defective products or warranties: They do not have any cost for the customer.
  • Liechtenstein: The customer must arrange the return at his own expense. Send us an email to contacto@padelkiwi.com with the order number and we will tell you the steps to follow.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Product Status:
    • Products must not have been used.
    • They must keep the original seals, labels and initial packaging.
    • If the product comes in a manufacturer's box (ex, padel shoes), that box should not be used as shipping packaging. An additional protective box or bag is required.
  2. Products that do not meet these conditions:
    • The return will be refused and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. Deadline for returns:
    • 30 calendar days from receipt of order.
    • The deadline for returns for orders placed during the Christmas campaign, from December 1st, is specially extended until January 30th of the following year.
  4. Refund:
    • You will receive a refund within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt of the returned product.

Products with Special Return Conditions

These returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer's warehouse, using a courier company of the customer's choice. Shipping costs are borne by the customer as long as it is a voluntary return. If the original packaging and labels are not retained, 10% of the value of the product will be deducted when processing the refund.

Refusing the Delivery of an Order

In the case of refusing the delivery of an order for any reason, the total cost of the shipment will be deducted from the refund. In case it is an international shipment, the shipping company's charge will also be included as the cost of returning the package, in addition to possible customs costs.

Possible Cases of Return or Withdrawal

  • You do not like your order or it is not your size.

If when you receive your order you do not like it or it is not your size, you can return it without giving us any explanation. You have 20 calendar days from the date of purchase.

  • The product is wrong, has a defect or has been damaged during transport:

We pay great attention to ensure that all our shipments are made correctly. If you still receive a wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to solve it.

On the other hand, if the products received have any defect or deterioration, we will respond to the lack of conformity as described in the "Warranties" section.

Warranties

Manufacturers only provide warranties if the purchase has been made through official distributors.

We are official distributors of all the brands that you will find in our store. Therefore, all products have the official manufacturer's warranty.

Except for those which, by their nature, are excluded from the warranty regulations for consumer goods, and provided that the purchaser makes a particular use, all our products are guaranteed nationally against manufacturing defects for the following periods: three years from the date of purchase (or date of delivery, if later) or one year if the item is not new.

We shall be liable for any non-conformity, which the purchaser must notify us of within two months of becoming aware of it.

If the defect or non-conformity arises within the first 2 years after delivery of the item, it is presumed that the defect or non-conformity already existed when the product was invoiced (or delivered, if at a later time). In other words, that there is a defect of origin or a manufacturing defect, unless we can prove that the defect or lack of conformity is not of origin, but is due, for example, to misuse or poor maintenance by the purchaser.

On the other hand, if the defect or nonconformity arises after 2 years, there will be no presumption that the defect comes from the factory.

In case of a defective product, we may proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be completely free of charge for the buyer (including transportation costs, if any).

Therefore, defects and deterioration caused by external events, accidents, use not in accordance with our instructions or those of the manufacturer (incorrect use) or normal wear and tear of the product are excluded from the warranty. Also excluded are products that have been modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by " ".Padel Kiwi"as well as products that are the subject of a specific contract. In these cases, the consumer will be responsible for the repair.

In accordance with the regulations, and in the absence of proof to the contrary, products shall be deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that they comply with all the requirements expressed below:

(a) They conform to the description made and possess the qualities of the product that we have presented to the consumer and user in the form of a sample or model.
b) They are suitable for the uses for which similar products are normally intended.
c) They present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

Dispute Resolution

As required by the new European regulations, we inform users of the existence of a European platform for the resolution of disputes related to online contracts. Therefore, for the resolution of consumer disputes (under Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013), the European Commission offers an online dispute resolution platform which is available at the following link:
